ICN GOLF LEAGUE

The ICN golf league has been organized to provide ICN members with a fun way in which to increase their enjoyment of the game of golf. Members can find a way to enjoy competition with friends and others in a way that, while skill based, it is possible for even high handicappers to win. That is the fun of golf when handicaps can create a level playing field. Participation is rewarding as all scores count and monthly winners take home valuable prices such as a dozen Ben Hogan golf balls, Bushnell golf scopes and other fantastic prizes. While we have not developed the grand prizes at this stage, consistent with the objective to provide exceptional value, we will be announcing the prizes later once the season is under way. All those that join automatically become entered for our California Dream Golf Contest.
We are very appreciative of the tem of people at Ben Hogan for the support they have provided. The Ben Hogan Company exemplifies the highest in quality standards, thus making the alliance with ICN totally appropriate.
Eligibility
The ICN golf league is available to all ICN members, without charge for the 2006 season.
Prizing
The prizes available for participants in the league will be generous. Monthly prizes will be presented.
In addition to monthly winners, other prizes will be awarded for those that post scores – i.e. for the 100th, etc. score posted.
Standings and Prize Acknowledgement:
Standings will be updated automatically based on individual scores input. The standings should be on-going with the best-recorded score for the month being the winner. A competitor will be able to enter unlimited scores (except for physical capacity!) during the month.
Standings will be updated on a constant basis and participants may check the standings at any point.
All prize winners will be broadly recognized on the ICN main site and in the ICN golf league web pages.
Monthly prize winning scores will be subject to review. League participants should keep track of their playing partners for each round played such that peers may be able to attest the score recorded. ICN reserves the right to seek confirmation of scores submitted.
Scoring:
